Arctic Wyvern Hide

Err ok, being an ogre and not the smartest one of my race on the planet I cant get that armor done. However im using Arctic Wyvern Hide, Cod Oil, 1x Velium Studs and pattern (Mask for example). I tried to combine it in a sewing kit, but it always says it doesnt work. I tried different patterns. From PoK, Thurgadin, Oggok and Bazaar. Nothing works. I even tried different armor slot patterns (i.e. Caps and 3 Velium Studs). I also tried to combine it in a loom. Nada. Any help is welcome.
