  • Sewing Needle ?

That recipe actually did work providing you had a "Sewing Needle", but alas... The recipe for "Sewing Needle" is, as of yet, undiscovered.
    DNCs

    In Tailoring kit:

    Snake fang + Sharpening Stone
    Snake fang + silk thread

In Forge: (with and without water)

Needle Mold + file + metal bits
Needle Mold + file + metal bits + sharpening stone
Needle Mold + file + metal bits + file
Needle Mold + file + metal bits + sharpening stone + file

Needle Mold + file + HQ metal bits
Needle Mold + file + HQ metal bits + sharpening stone
Needle Mold + file + HQ metal bits + file
Needle Mold + file + HQ metal bits + sharpening stone + file

All of the above + snake fang

I've tried a couple, and haven't found anything yet...

Edit: I've got to check the logs though to remember what exactly I tried. :O

Yes. Tried small brick with mold but don't remember whether I used file or stone or what, so I didn't list it. Tried small piece of ore too.

I'm assuming this is from original EQ only, so no items from expansions? Anyone have info on whether that is true or not?

There's another thread in the Smithing forum dealing with the issue. I posted these DNC's there as well. I suggest we centralize either here or there to avoid the mess of two threads in two forums.

Since there is a thread there, and really it IS a smithing recipe, I'll lock this one and people can check it out there.

Thanks for already linking to it!
