ok dumb question but....since the lemming backpack is from LDoN should there be a tailoring title under the LDoN section on the recipies page? i wans't sure where to post this query

Well, since the lemming fur bag is the only LDoN tailoring recipe that's out there (I could be wrong, correct me if I am), it doesn't need its own section. Just like how the PoP bows aren't under a PoP fletching section, they're just bundled in with the other bow recipes.
