  • RNG type question

I have several stacks of tailoring type items waiting to be combined... othmir fur stuff, WE cultural stuff and acrylia reinforced stuff.

Would anyone recommend doing all of them at once? (a few hundred combines of actual tailored items?)

Or should I only do a stack a day!?

Some people do a lot at one time, others do some here and some there.... it's all up to you, the RNG has not favorites that I know of.... I find it easier though to do 5-10 from time to time so that I am not too disapointed when I have a run of 100+ without a skillup, I tell myself I have only had a run of 5-10 without one..... it keeps me in my happy place.

However you want to do them (a little at a time, or all at once), do be sure to do them in order of trivial...

Curiously enough, I'm finding that the early to mid parts of skill levels (early to mid 160s, 170s, etc) go by much faster than the end parts (168-170, 178-180, etc). But that's just me.

5 attempts at the Ceremonial Solstice Robe took me from 174 to 178 tonight, but 15 more yielded no skill ups. I noticed that happening with quite a few tradeskills once you get past 150 or so.

But if you've got a lot to do, do 'em all at once is what I figure, get the painstaking task of combining ingredients out of the way and cross your fingers. That way you can spend more time farming...
