Words Of Abatement

Im doing the Iksar Cultural robes, and I am doing that one that needs Words Of Abatement. Im useing the robes to gain skill in tayloring. And bazaar only had about 5 of these words for sell. EQTC sayed that you can get Words Of Abatement threw a quest in Shar Vhal threw - Merchant Ahlam @ -200, -180, Upstairs in tavern

Any clue how to do this quest. or an easy way to get alot of Words of Abatement? or any word at all that are needed in the other iksar robes

I came across words of abatement very frequently when I was clearing the shadows island in Twilight sea. Nice little bonus since I was working on smithing and stocking up for when I would work on tailoring.
