Need more specific info on Storm drops please

From the main page:

storm volass hair - various blue giants, Plane of Storms (wt 0.1, small, all/all, stackable?)

Blue giants? Is that coastal (the white-beared Zeus looking ones), Forest (The Arnold Shwarzenegger ones with the big ugly shoulder pads) or perhaps referring to what CON the mob was at the time (Meaning it could be those orange boney ones)

I've killed about 60 of each type of giant, and seen no hair to date so I'd like to specify my search to try and increase the amount.

blue = coastal

Storm Volaas Hairs do indeed drop from the coastal giants, and only them I believe.

Coastal giants, can pretty much confirm they are the only ones. Hair is rare, see about 1 or 2 per camp clearing. Have done desert and forest giants more than I have done coastal and have yet to see a hair off anything but coastal.
