Tons of drops in PoP are merchant fodder... some PoN drops that are currently merchant fodder:

Blood encrusted feather
Lujin claw
Horror trinket
Emerald croc scale
Coarse fur clump
Grotesque nose ring
Ivory cannine
Leathery wing membrane
Smooth incisor
Swirling banshee essence
Globe of somethingorother

These are just some that I could think of off hand, and some (doubtful)might play a very very small part in a obscure quest... but are way to common to care about.
