It looks like you did about 250 tigerraptor combines. Where did you get so many drake eggs? Did you forage them? How long did it take to forage that many eggs?

How much did all this cost you, i know when i did Alchamy I just didnt look at my plat and just bought away. but This isnt alchamy. Alchamy cost me about 50k to get GM i here this can take alot more. or if your good less.

So how much did you end up paying for 250? and Can i do this same method if im an iksar shaman?

Drake eggs are easy to get if you spend some time in WW for velium hound/mastodon furs like I did with my main (RNG) for my shawl & friends' Crown of Deceit.

In a 6-8 hour play session there, you can get
1-2 stacks of Drake eggs (most common eggs),
1 stack of Wurm Eggs (used in Baking IIRC),
and may be a dozen or so Dragon Eggs (used in Blessed Fishing Rod recipe among others).

WW's a handy zone for any 50+ DRU/RNG with drops (puppy/mammy furs), foraged stuff that sells well, and lots of xp mobs.

I loved it and spent weeks there in my 50s, guess I'll soon have to go back there to get my MAG alt some velium hound furs

How much did all this cost you

Tailoring can cost as little as, I dunno, maybe 20k (that's if you farmed every single thumpin' thing and did only all/mostly foraged/dropped ingredient recipes) to millions of plat (you wanna go fast and cash is no object and the bazaar is teeming with tailoring supplies...) ((and yes, I mean MILLIONS))

Most tailors probably, on average, spend at least 250k-750k/1 million pp between 158 - 250 (everything 158 and below is pretty cheap). It just depends on how much you buy...

Doing Velious tailoring? Okay, did you farm your own pelts or did you buy them? Farm your own velium or did you buy it? Brew your own tempers or did you buy them? If you brewed them, did you mix your own CE's or did you buy them?

There are just too many variables.

I don't think I've ever heard of anyone who has completely farmed or was given by friends/guildies every shred of ingredients for skilling to 250; everyone buys from the bazaar or pre-made stuff at some point. Or uses easier, semi-store bought recipes (ribbons, solstice robes).

If you don't mind the faction hit, you can go to SkyShrine. There are 4 drakes close to the zone in from WL's that do drop drake eggs. Now you do have to be lucky, as drops aren't that good, but if you can't forge them and can't afford to buy them you may want to try this. What I do is kill the drakes, zone into WL's and kill raptors. Make my way to the hogresh caves and kill. While giving them time to re spawn I look for panthers. Look for yew leaf's ground spawn (which I have never found any). Head back to holgresh caves, hit raptors, zone back to SkyShrine and hit drakes. Just keep doing this over and over. If I need more eggs then what I can get, I hit the bazaar. I have seen then go from 10pp to 35pp and more. Just have to keep checking and get the best buy you can.
