  • As you get higher and higher you realize-- PP buys anything in game

    YEs -

THough when you are struggling to raise skills pp is a very much needed item.

However, if you are making haversacks, you have a nice income for sure.

So do what I do when I am short on acorns - head to rivervale, and /ooc wtb misty acorns 40pp

(insert whatever price you are willing to pay, the more you offer the more tells you will recieve trust me)

also join your servers auction channel -

Once I held a "forage fest" in misty thicket, offering to pay 100pp per misty acorn

A couple of hours later there were some 40 foragers in zone, and I had a backpack full of acorns, as well as a nearly empty bank account. - So here I am today, with that bag still about half full and I can go on with my life doing other things rather than searching ground spawns for acorns -

Many people are under the misconception regarding the acorns. Thy are foraged and they are ground spawns. But in hours and hours of looking I have always found only one or two - so its up to you - the faster you can make bags, the more you can earn- so why not pass on the good fortune----

    just my 2 cps

I spent my pre-teen youths in Misty Thicket as a halfing Druid. From levels 1-10 I played it 100% straight. I used the wooden club I was given and the only extra armor I had was that I made through LQ Pelts.
Took .. what seemed forever to get to level 10. But I do recall collecting acorns both foraged and groundspawn. I would estimate I picked up roughly 10-12 acorns off the ground during that time.
I had no idea what they were for but saved them none the less .. glad I did.
