LDoN - Satchel of Abu-kar?

I was dinking around the new quests found after LDoN, and found the Reinforced Satchel of Abu-Kar quest of interest.

To summarize that link, you need the original Satchel of Abu-Kar, and then they send you on a mission to talk to three different people, and they give you a Rujarkian Orc Hide (from Rujarkian Hills), a Stone Frog skin from Takish'Hiz, and some Bloodguard Mummy Wrappings from Mistmoore.

You give the three items to an NPC named Dahdd Jonne, as well as the original Satchel of Abu-Kar (the bag you get as a gift if you bought it retail), and he gives you an upgrade to the bag.

The thing that struck me as odd is that I think I remember seeing Rujarkian Orc Hides dropping in Ruj during beta, at least -- it was a rare drop. Dahdd also says "Kizpi's directions were pretty good, even if he did forget to include a few items!" which leads me to believe that there is an item or two that isn't mentioned here, and may lead to making the bag.

Can anybody attest that Rujarkian Orc Hide, Stone Frog Skin, and Bloodguard Mummy Wrappings do indeed drop?

Rujarkan Orc Hide

Yes, I looted a Rujarkan orc hide a couple of days ago. No idea about the others though. I was hoping it was for a tailoring quest, guess not.

you don't loot any of the parts to upgrade it, you hail the people along the quest, and give them notes from the previous NPC, they'll give you the components. All the components come from one NPC at each Wayfarer camp.

I know, the question was, could these also be used for tailoring. The dialogue along the way leads me to believe that it could be (hence the question "Do these actually drop in the game as well)
