  • Halfling Tailoring post 115

I know this is not a big deal and there is lots I could do, e.g. Wus, Cristaline Silk etc.
But Sinuuyanea mentions in her Guide:
    S-so C-c-cold (100-131)

With the addition of Scars of Velious™, new sets of tailoring recipies were introduced. Over the course of several patches, it became painfully clear that unless you were a wood elf or halfling, you’d never be able to make the darn things with a reasonable success rate without spending lots of platinum.
So whats this "new" riecipe, so suited for halflings? Is it the Cultural Amor?

    Thanks in Advance

If you can get acorns at reasonable rate do a few studded vale items to sell. I wouldn't go through 3 stacks of acorns but you can get a few skillups off it adn then start on wu's. Wu's sells back to vendor for 5pp plus so you get your price of the pearl for the thicken mana back but you lose several pp on the silk and heady kiolas every success even more every fail.

Your not going to fail much on imbued studded vale and your going to go up in skill fast being a 115 to 122 jump in skill. Just make sure you can muster up minimum 180 wisdom or intelligence before you even think about running through 20 stacks of silk swatches on wu's. Much less the time necessary to make 4 of the dang heady kiolas for every one combine.

Just save your acorns for final products, their a real pain to collect at all. Its by far easier to get ahold of small bricks of acrylia and flawless hides or silk and a tunare druid/cleric to skill up with. Save that acorn oil for making high end cultural items.
Tailoring, why did I ever start tailoring? *sob*

          Crystalline Silks

After 115 and you are done with quivers I went with crystalline silks to 131. Finished that up and I'm taking Wu's to 158, then working on Ribbons. Been a good route for me so far.
