Did they nerf the drop rate on wyverns?

After hitting 209 the other day I ran outta hides so I went to CS to check the othmir vendors. Nada. Then went to the bazaar to see if I could find any. Arctic Wyverns were going for 150p and Flawless Hopper were 200p to 400p. No way am I paying that just to skill up on. So I figured I'll just haveta farm my own. Headed back to CS and proceeded to drop 12 wyverns. 0 hides. Logged in today thinking maybe I just had some bad luck (nothing new) and bagged 10 more wyverns. Again 0 hides. I seem to recall them being a bit more plentiful than this. Did soe change the drop rate for some silly reason? I'm a troll with little funds so Wyverns and Flawless hoppers are pretty much the only viable routes for me

Did a few quads yesterday with my druid and got 2 or 3 of em. Seems about the norm to me still.

mobs have always been streaky. kill 200, then see how the drop rate is.
