Made so far on my halfer (cult bags) these totals

1 for 1 on 2 slot bags
8 for 8 on 4 slot bags
1 for 4 on 6 slot bags
0 for 0 on 8 & 10 bags
All this at a skill in the 180's with geerlock. Guildies are asking me to make them like mad (they buy parts or pay cost). Not too shabby, now if I could sell some outside of guild for a profit....

Leatherfoot bag prices? To contine tailoring fund.

What are people buying/selling for the leatherfoot bags? I currently have about the same success rate as Silound, and need to sell some of the smaller bags to keep myself going.

2 slot = ?
4 slot = ?
6 slot = ?
8 slot = ?
10 slot = 5k-ish?

I don't want to sell too cheap and bring prices down, nor do I want to be hitting the auction for 2 weeks just to sell 1 bag.

4 slot I ask 2500, mostly get 2k or 2k and an item
6 slot I ask 3200, get about 2800 or so
8 sells for 4k
10 slot sells for 4500-5k

I have only sold one 10 slot on Fennin Ro, and I asked the same price I have ever seen from anyone, 6K.


Makes sense to me , a tinkers bag is same stats but a wee bit heaver, and those are 5Kish.

6--7k for the Haversack seems fair. People that carp about how they could get a Tink bag for 5250pp...fine they can go get one

Aye they can buy tink bags for all I care. Most monks I know try to shave off a bit of weight anywhere and everywhere, so saving a stone or two on bag weight alone is a blessing to them, one htey will pay a bitmore for.

Prices are pretty low for the 10-slotters on Xev - I see them for 4k-4500 - as we have several halfling GM tailors, so there's competition for pricing. Plus more than one of the larger uber guild has their own halfling GM tailor making the sacks for them. At 202 plus geerlok, I've failed on 2 of 8 or 9 attempts, but at this point I'm only making them for guildies and friends. I'm not making anything but 10-slotters though.

6k is the typical rate on Fennin for the haversacks atm. Karana knows, I've made hundreds of the wretched things. (248 skill, whee). 40% lighter than a tink bag, for only 750pp, or 15%, more.

I've had one person ask for a backpack and I was completely flummoxed as to how much I should charge.

My skill is currently 197, plus a geerlok.

I've made a couple dozen or more haversacks, with about 5 failures.

I never considered making any of the other bags.

I've sold about a dozen. When I /auc them (rarely) it's for 5500pp. I will come down to 5k for sales of more than one bag.

I've seen one other person /auc them in bazaar, for 4.5k.

Most of the market would be the rich folks, and I'm under the impression that the larger guilds are getting their's internally. I know I see 5-6 toons in bot mode when I have time to hang in thurg.
