Not only vans can drop rains. I got rains from militis in UW too and nameds (mini named on UW right room to be exact). Guess anyone in water camp can drop rains.

Drop rate varies a lot. 18 hours camping Oreen (3 spawns) and 12 rains dropped. Next day, 14 hours in same camp (yes, madly), and got only 4 rains in grp.

Hate to had sell my bricks of electrified copper farmed during tactics flag, cause i need the NOWWWWWW!!...grr

militis is kinda the class for the giants (warrior in this case). their complete name is follow the same pattern regardless of the wing they are in:
vann <something>
jord <something>
brann <something>
vind <something>

with <something> being either: Militis / Profet / Kriger / etc ...
