Royal Qeynos Forge changes?

Forgive me if this has been asked and answered already but I did a search for this topic which came up with nothing.

I went to the Royal Qeynos Forge today with my husband's human smith to make some Fierce Heraldic Armour. I first of all tried making the infused high quality rings in the forge and I got the message that this forge would not accept those items.

So, I go to the "normal" forge near the bards guild and try the combine and again get a message, this time that these items will not combine in this forge.

Has the royal forge in qeynos been changed? Have the recipies for fierce heraldic been changed? I was left feeling a bit confused. Any help would be appreciated. I checked with my hubbie and to his knowledge the royal forge should still accept human cultural recipies.

I suggest you list exactly what you put in the forge. We don't know what you clicked combine with...

Forge

Used the forge in Qeynos today to make a stack of infused rings and some Heraldic Armor. So can confirm it works. Must have had a worng item in the forge.
