Change in Smithing Vendor in PoK?

Good day, blacksmiths of Norrath.

Last night, I was trying to raise the smithing skill of my necromancer in PoK. Per the Tradeskill Supplies by Zone guide, Dalin Greskar (-35, 325) should have banded armor molds. Alas, he did not.

Is anyone aware of a change in vendors?

Hmm... I haven't checked Dalin myself. But what you are saying is that he doesn't have Sectional Molds? Does he have any other molds?

If he has Sectional Molds, that is what you need for Banded.

I've always gotten my molds from the Darkanvil building.
