Since the ingrediants for this only drop in Droga and Nurga, think they have changed Deathsteel, or added new recipies for nastier weapons that can only be farmed in the revamped Droga and Nurga?

It would be nice if they changed deathsteel, because the old recipe was really totally useless. It was even more useless because Mt. Death Mineral Salts used to make the temper are much more lucrative when sold to Chardok factioners.

Just tested the old recipe...still the same old crappy deathsteel weapons. I nearly jumped out of my chair when I failed the first combine though. There may be a new recipe though makes sense.

I would not be surprised to see some new smithing (or revamped at least) come out of this.
They do want to encourge players to spread out, so that might be seen as an incentive. I just don't think it will be right away, perhaps in a month or two...

The stuff drops in FM now. The old burynai caves (I forget the loc) you will find all the nameds for droga there and the deathsteel ore drops.

The caves that are almost directly south of Droga (but on the opposite side of the zone just about) contain goblins that drop ore and temper ingrediants. It's also where the Iksar SK quest mobs now spawn. Two days of sitting in there for a couple of hours each has given me enough materials for a few combines. Since my cleric doesn't have a high enough skill in order to effectively get skill ups off of these, I'll hold onto the components just in case.
There is a tattered? note that drops rarely that describes the smithing/brewing process, I assume this note is one that dropped in Droga before the move, but I don't know.
