Bloodwater - where?

I have looked at the supplies listing here, and unless i am being stoopid, i cant see where to buy Bloodwater.

I am pretty sure there are Vendors in Iksar city sell it, but walking my iksar warrior all the way back there from where he is camped just to buy some and stick in the shared bank, then hike back to his camp, is such a pain in the hoop! (he is about 3 zones away and not sowed)

Is there somewhere a cute halfling girl can buy some without having half of lizzy town trying to kick my butt????

There's a little guy in Fungus Grove who also sells it, he's the last merchant as you head out of the encampment. I forget his name.

Or have your friendly neighborhood lizard get you some from Cab.

He is in the hut across from the bank, just as you leave the little village in FG.

The vendor that sells it in East Cabilis is on the vendor island in between the tailoring and pottery vendors. He has a large pickling jar in front of him with a froglok head in it.
