Anvil cannot be held in any bag that cannot hold giant size items... however a Ralic pack can hold giant and smaller... Tunare ralic packs go for around 800pp, however if you are tailoring as well as smithing you should get enough perfect Owlbear pelts to possibly bargin with the person making the Ralic packs to get the price down a bit.

Or, if you are extra bored, camp the Grimling Runner in Tenebrous Mountains. You can kill Dire Sonic Wolves while you do this and net a fair amount of Shrieking Substance at the same time. Then you can make your own Rallic Pack.

I got no less than 6 stacks of perfect owlbear pelts during my AE farming owlbears in Hollow for substances, just too lazy to camp the runner =P (got them in one mule...somewhere)

As halfing, my tailoring can do nice bags ========)

P.D: anycase, 7 normal hand-made bags will work. 4-5 slots extra of the eight bag makes few diference.

Well, I couldn't contain myself any longer. I had 20 stacks of Swirling Shadows and 10 stacks of each substance sitting in the bank this last week.

I couldn't help myself, they were calling to me....."Smith me.....smith me!!!!!"

So, I emptied all my bags and cleared enough room to come up with 6 open bag slots and started to get everything together.

I spend a quick 30pp getting KEI...though I suppose I really don't NEED it anymore, current WIS at 252.

So, after a few hours and lots of clicks later (200 combines) I am now sitting at 224 from 212. So, 12 skill-ups gives me a 16.6 average. I can live with that.

Now to just save up another 200 run.

Just a question, with my skill at 224, can I expect a 1 in 4 shot at the GrandMaster item?

My results tend to be a bit...skewed...however.
