Is performing just as it should! 
Last night I did a smithing run of 200 combines in sets of twenty. Wisdom 255, with geerlock. I got eleven skill ups, or one in a little more that 18 combines. Streaky as usual, I started out 0 for 40. After that I got one skill up(per run of twenty) five times, and two skill ups (per run of twenty) three times. It was so predictable after the initial drought it was almost scary. 8)
Smithing now at 213, and I just need to imbue some more gems for Field Plate for another 220 combines (mix in some Shadowscream into that, and probably a set of Mistletoe Cutting Sickles just to check success) Hoping to be lvl 225 to 230 by the weekend! Then I'll be able to start on the Luminant Heraldic for me and my wife's Paladin! Woo Hoo!
