Fulvous Darkscale Helm Look

I just purchased a Fulvous Darkscale Helm and was so xited to see my new Ubah looking helm (as i have seen on other trolls), an what do i see?
A yellow helm which looks exactly the same as my Sentient Helm
Sure, I can color it, but thats easy, so...
How do I get the helm customized to look like the Uber looking helm that covers my face a bit?
Or are Helms supposed to look differnet on Female trolls than male trolls? If so, WTB Sex change :? (i am female btw)

How do i tell i have a helm with a new graphic?
My friend had one of those helms an for some reason i dont see the uber graphic for it on him today =/
Perhaps something to do with a last patch or when Server went down ?

Armour has 4 graphics (7 for velious).

Those are:
1. no graphic
2. leather
3. chain
4. plate

Velious added (and Luclin taketh away):
1. Velious leather
2. Velious chain
3. Velious plate

If you have new models on, you have the first 4 choices available to you. Any helm with a plate look will look the same as any other - bar color.

I have had my husband make a TSK to see with playing with Luclin models on etc...
A Guide asked me if i updated my drivers and DX... but my husband sees the same things i do..
Old model trolls: on me(female) we both see the look the same as the sentient helm, jus diff color.
On him, the same Sentient helm look, diff color
Luclin model trolls: On me, looks like some horse straps around my head... same as sentient look on luclin models, diff color..
On him: the ubah look ( the one on the screen otw to loading up EQ... the one where the troll n frog are swinging at each other).
Honestly, i have never seen a Female TSK with that uber helm look... but i also havent seen many female TSKs..
The guide also told me that armor can look different on male vs female characters
I sold the helm and am now hoping to try for the Skyshrine helm and will get the npc to customize it after i do the quest item turn ins.... an see what i get...
I just hope he will uncustomize it if i dont like it... yes, looks are important to me, I am afterall the Purdiest Swamp flower (Flauer in troll spelling) ever. :twisted:

Try it on before you customize it. I'm not sure how it works in different models, but one look is the blank look, one look is the plate look.
