It really depends on what you're trying to get made. You seem to be confusing the Legendary Plate armor recipes with the Ornate/Elemental Plate quest recipes...

Making tempers requires the brewing skill.

ok, yes, tempers would be brewing...

I do mean the legendary. I'm not looking for the "EP armor" as most people think of it. I mean the totally player made stuff that doesn't require special mold drops (but a heck of a lot of other stuff.)
