can a iksar monk make fierce heraldic armor?
or what kind of cultural armor may he make? like what types of armro can me make and sell for plat I worked my way up to 250 smith today but sombody mentioned today I cant make fierce heraldic is this true?

You can't make Fierce Heraldic armor.

What armor you can make is based on your Race (which defines your Culture).
