Ethereal metal rings : Data 192 to 212.

I've got luckily gauntlets of dark embers who add 15% smithing.
Between 188 and 192, i did shadowscream armor.
192 to 212: Ethereal metal rings.
I got 305 in str and 305 in wis (with buffs :P )

203: 23
204: 28
205: 9
206: 16
207: 25

209: 5
210: 56!
211: 3
212: 6

Average : 15,8 for 20 skills up.
But i saw on differents data the average is near 20/21.
High Str + High wis could explain this better average ?.
