Verification on Fine Steel Plate Visor

Under the Fine Steel Visor you asked for verification on trivial level. I just made a fine steel Visor at skill 164 and it was indeed TRIVAL. So the report of a trivial level at 155 is wrong.

Huh? How is this wrong? Isn't 155 less than 164 so you would get a trivial message at 164?
