Molten Bits

Where in heck do I find info on these? Ive searched these boards along with about 2 other boards. Are they dropped or are they made from bricks of molten ore with a file using something else?

Im sorry if this has been addressed but I simply cannot find it for the life of me. Thanks for any help in advance.

Sorry way ahead of you on that as well. Checked there and nothing about molten bits was listed only bricks of molten ore.
