I have heard people talking about this one, I can't seem to find the actual recipe. I see the royal velium and from what I'm reading it's similiar. Can someone please direct me to what I'm missing?

After the final step in making imbuned royal velium armor for the 8th shawl quest (the no-drop quest armor) you can put the armor back in your JC kit and combine it with your etching tool to make it into non-quest tradeable armor perfect for twinking rangers and rogues with (or plate classes if you insist).
