High-Elf Making Imbued

Please forgive the newbie question, but I need to verify some information before I pursue smithing any longer. I am a high-elf smith with a skill of 176 from quite a long time ago. I would like to pursue the skill further. My question is: Can a High-Elf smith who worships Solusek Ro make Imbued items. I realize I cannot wear them. Imbued High-Elf items are for the diety of Tunare. Thanks in advance!

The answer is yes, to the best of my understanding. Your religion for making the items is irrelevant, although you will need to get someone to do any needed imbues for you, you just need to be the correct race. You just won't be able to wear them.

From the FAQ:

Q: Do I need to worship the god(dess) to make an imbued item?
A: No, anyone with a good smithing skill can make imbued items, you will only be able to wear the one for your diety though.
