midnight stones

I have been looking around on what mobs drop these, but no mobs have ever dropped them for me....anyone have a pointer?

If I remeber correctly... mephits in PoN... but it has been a while since I have played in PoN... so I am not entirely sure.. but vaguely remember looting them in the caves.

I looted one or two from the nightstalkers. That was a long time ago. I haven't seen one for months.

AFAIK

i would assume every mob in PoN drops them. the higher lvl the mob, the more likely. stalkers, trees, slargs, hobs, spiders, mephits, etc. have yet to be in a camp that hasnt at least produced 1 stone during any camp.

Nightstalkers
Hobgoblins
Gargoyles

I have never seen it drop from:
crocodiles
Banshees
Spiders/consorts/etc
Netling Wraiths
Trees
Ravens
Bats
