Problem with Night Terror Plate

Hey gang,

Hope someone can help me. I've tried combining this in the PoK forge, and gotten DNC. Emblem of Nightmares, Breastplate Mold (medium, not small or large), Night Terror Temper, Tanaan Smithy Hammer, Nightmare Iron Chain Jointing (allowed to combine on a 206 unmodified skill, btw), superb leather padding, and three Nightmare Iron sheets that are not stacked. I'm using the forges south of the bank which has the dwarf vendors in it. Am I missing something obvious? I've never had a problem with the Night Terror Chain . . .

Recipe page says FULL plate mold... these used to be only found in Qeynos (for old human cultural) but are now in PoK as well on Borik Darkanvil (the superb leather padding guy). You will know you have the FULL plate mold by the name and by the fact that the bp mold is about 90pp
