Can anyone suggest the best place to farm Dwarven Blood? I've done the docks in Butcher Block and I ended up with about 4 of them in an hour. I'm killing them faster than they can spawn so there is no way of speeding this up. I have not tried the bandits in Butcher Block, but I don't imagine the drop rate there is much better. Someone suggested the Dwarves on Sister Island in OOT. I made the long trip on those stupid buggy (still after all this time) boats, spent about an hour there killing all the Dwarves and anything else that moved and came away with NO Dwarven Blood (though I did get a few Elven Bloods ). With LoY the amount of Elven and Human blood being dropped is so great that it is no longer hard to get, but the Dwarven Blood is still a roadblock to my cultural smithing. If anyone has found a real good spot to farm this, please post it!
Thanks and good luck with your smithing.

    Torigan Mines.

There are TONS of dorfs here toiling away in the mines. Put them out of their misery. Also check the vendors in Gunthak, the sometimes have various bloods on them.

Good idea, I forgot about the mines. I really need someplace I can solo farm with my 55 warrior though. I was thinking about bandit camps in the Karana's. Anyone else have any ideas, please let me know.

I get my dwarven bloods from only 2 places: Dwarf slaves in Crushbone (slaves in pits, in mines near orc village and 2 dwarf smiths in hut); Dwarf rogues in Butcherblock (and the lone dwarf by the chessboard). Drop rates in both places are appalling.

I'm not sure if this is connected to killing the dwarf rogues in BB, but I am now extremely KoS to the rogues in the East Freeport Tunnels. Those guys can hack though 3K hitpoints in under 2 seconds, as I found to my embarassment yesterday (twice).

Torgiran can be tough even for a upper 50's char - everything there is dark blue to a 59. I recommend upper level of Dalnir. Lots of things there, all in ~30 range. I got quite a bunch of dorf blood there, tohugh I did not need it - was looking for Iksar blood.

Honestly, I see dwarven blood on merchants so frequently its appalling! And on the dwarven merchants in Butcherblock to boot!

"What, ye wanna sell me a vial o' me kin's blood? OK..."

Anyway, merchant mining is a viable alternative.

              Good luck!

Dalnir is a good idea, I'll check that one out. I do find a few on vendors here and there, but not as much as I used to. Must be a lot of Ogre smiths on my server (FV). Also the servers have been coming down a lot making vendor mining interesting to say the least. In one sense it is good because it clears up all the accumulated crap, on the other hand it takes a while to accumulate new crap (Dorf blood is crap to whoever is selling it to vendors in the first place).
