Ok, so some people ask me about troll smithing, wondering if I was a troll smith because the troll cultural stuff "rocks" and they want some. I ask a friend in guild "how much does it cost to get to 230 (i have 10 percent item) smithing?" in which i get the reply "you don't wanna know"...translation - few hundred thousand plat maybe, unless you wanna farm for weeks. So I take a trip to the bank...wow...few hundred k plat!! Do i need any gear? Nope. What about my twinks..Bah, they'll survive. So i decide to smith.
Two weeks later, I reach 212 (233 with item) so i take a stab at it. Worked shard, woot, i'm ubah!! errr...this has no stats, wth! Ok, read eqtraders again...ahh crap, this is subcombine. Need more points (money). So after a day or 2 of sickles, i reach 227, get sick of sickles, and decide to try the cultural finished stuff.
To make a long story even longer, I succeeded on a few polished shards, and a honed ykesha. Few days later, getting many people asking to combine stuff for them. I decide to take one guys offer, as he had many supplies to make weapons, enough for 10 or so combines, and he only wanted 2, i could keep the rest. Well, i take the items, tell him to get back with me later in the day or the next day. Took a little trip to Neriak, went to where the troll forge was, and it was gone !!! So i thought, haha, Verant, your such a trickster i tell ya... moving the troll forge, hah, good one! So i'm lookin for it, and looking, and looking, (still looking) and no forge !!
So this whole thread is just to ask, WTH is the troll forge now? I spent much money and time on smithing and i'm praying to Innoruuk that it was not taken out =( If anyone could tell me where i could find it, I would very much appreciate it.
