Does Geerlok and Grandmaster Smith's Hammer stack?

Hi everyone, I have a couple simple questions I guess, but would be glad for answers =)

1. Do the smithing + % items stack with eachother?

2. My str is at 260, Will int/wis affect the succes/skillup rate. or is it just the highest value of str/wis/int count when I smith?

3. triv on GM trophy, I know its 250+ but it seems like its big difference in succescombines on 250+ triv items. my skill is at 196 atm, anyone have any idea at what skill its 50/50 to succes in a gm-trophy combine?

As for the exact skill level of the throphy I'm not certain as its hard to tell for certain what the skill is beyond 250. There is a nice formula that could be applied but with the streakyness of the RNG its impossible to tell. just guess its at 300 and figure your chance for success from there.

3. 250+ is just written b/c we can't have any triv #'s on those. But they obviously triv at various points after 250. I think the GM trophies are estimated 275-300 range. Folks have posted GM combines as low as 207 for fletching or baking (not sure which offhand), so it's /possible/. Just near that 5% mark, however.
