Massive Girdle of the Forge

Alright... I just saw that Iksar Shamen can use this girdle and just about fell out of my chair... I then rabidly scoured the internet to see who in Sanctus Seru drops it... I tried one of the names someone gave, but nothing turned up in Google or Ilia's Beastiary...

Please... I beg of you... flame me at will, but PLEASE if anyone has seen this drop firsthand or has it could you tell me the name of the mob so I can obsess over how to kill him and study strategies for him?

He's like a 9 day spawn since he's for the Earring of Veracity Quest and holds part of the key to Seru's chamber.

Uh oh. Talk on the channel is that he's killed on our server right away.

Read that he was in "shoulder" section. Saw heart eyes hand arx, but no shoulder section. What the heck is an arx? Anyone got any directions on finding this guy? Went through all the buildings I could find twice, using tracking, but didn't see a single mob that said "of the shoulder."

As stated in the other thread Shoulder refers to his "house", there are heart, hand, eye and shoulder. The shoulder emblem is that of a spiked bracer or maybe poorly drawn pauldrons. Custos Armorus are the normal mobs that guard the Shoulder house. The only reason it's called shoulder is because the report for the earring states it is a Shoulder Report and the faction associated with that house is Shoulder as well.
