Once one side (Bears, wolfs, grimlings) has all 3 areas of the map the Vah Shir abandon the outpost and it's over run by MoBs of that side as well as a named
Killing the named resets the zone.
I was there when owlbears had taken over and everything in the outpost was green to me at 62 and the named droped a NO DROP 12/30 mace with 5 to some stats.. not too bad.
At least now it's possible to keep this place from getting out of control.
