Dark Prince Sovereign Chain and Rogues

I did a search and checked the FAQ, but was unable to see if this issue had been addressed.

It seems in Sony's furor to get the Blue Diamond culturals out, they failed to recognize the hale and hearty rogue population in Neriak. Have they acknowledged this, and if so, is it an oversight to be updated / working as intended?

Trust me if they added rogues to it then no self respecting rogue woudl equip it.

Banded has better ac in most cases
