Is there a Night Terror Chain Cloak?

I have been making the Night Terror Chain Armor for a few guildies and was recently asked for a cloak. I can't seem to find a recipe for it nor can I find stats on it. I have used the search and no matches. I also checked Allakhazam's with no luck. Is there a cloak for this set? I checked other metals and they all have cloaks. From banded to fine steel to acrylia to shadowscream even. All have cloak recipes. Could it be that no one has reported making one? I will throw 3 rings into the forge tonight to check but wanted to see stats in case it isnt worth making.

As far as I know, all armour sets post BD cultural (CT, all PoP) are visible only.

BUMPING this thread because it had the answer to my question.

Specifically, I was looking to see if there was a TAE EW chain SKIRT or not, since I'm sick and tired of my Chitinous belt I've been wearing for ~10 levels.

I looked at the recipes page and didn't see one, but the page still says:

So I wasn't positive if there may have still been a recipe that we haven't found yet.

Before making yet another post in a relatively swamped forum, I used the Search feature for "Tae Ew Skirt", which gave me over 250 hits. A quick scan of the hits brought me to this thread, and the definitive (though sad) answer.

"The Dead Horse" info is missing one item: Mantles / Shoulderpads / Pauldrons are also not on the list of craftable, for these armor lines.
