  • Ornate Chain Boot Pattern

    Hail all Smiths,
I have a question I got this pattern last night. I was told to make these boots I need to have a Celestral Temper and Block of Etherial Energy. I was wondering if that correct (I belive it is since a GM Smith told me it was but I can not find any information on these boots anywhere). If anyone has actually made them if they could post the stats on them I would be greatful. I just dont want to gather the compontants for the CT and give to the smith and find out that it was incorrect wasting his valuable time.

errr... If you just want Ornate Chain Boots, they are a simple combine which can be found under ornate chain: http://www.eqtraders.com/secrets/smithing_armor.htm

It has nothing to do with PoP smithing or Ethereal Energy, and even if it did, you would need Ethereal Temper, not Celestial. I think someone was sending you on a wild goose chase.

No, he's referring to the third tier drop, not the ornate chain. The boots are a no fail combine that requires an etherial ring or two and a emblem which you pay for from the quest giver. The etherial rings are the same infamous etherial rings of adjusted trivial fame.
