Merchants outside Kaladim (in BB) will usually have 1 or 2 Dwarf Blood on 'em, if ye don't feel like farming/hunting. This includes the HiE merchant at the docks.Cyrnan Bloodwood

Bandit camps in BB, if you do need to hunt them - usually get 1-2 per camp cleraring.Garshok
