There's LOTS of armor for froggy shaman. Shaman can wear banded, and ornate chain. Shadowscream Steel is good twink armor for Shaman. Shaman can wear small or medium Acrylia Chain as well.
On the BD cultural front, a Froglok Shaman can wear Fine Seafarer's Chain, but not any of the other BD chains. The Barbarian and Iksar are out because they are medium/large races while the Frogloks are medium/small, and the Dwarf is out because it is ROG, RNG only.
