Anyone have any knowledge about this item on where it can be found or how it can be made. I looked it up in a few different places and could not locate it. I have not physically seen or heard anyone have it..just had another shaman on my server ask in our serverwide.crucible channel where and how it can be made..so I'm not sure how he heard about it.

Any info would be appreciated..thanks.. I'm sure within a week or so it will be out there for others to find..but I'm curious now

Don't remember the exact stats, but it has AC19 and alot of other stuff, including most resists and good hps on it.

Drops in Tactics

This drops in Plane of Tactics, and isnt player made. One of the mini boss mobs on way up to Tallon Zek can drop it.
