Question about smithing..didn't see it in FAQ

Hey Hey,

I'm curious if anyone has tried this or knows for sure if it works. I only began smithing with 1 point, which would give me 19 more skill points I can still add. Could I concieveably wait until skill 231 and just pay to max it to 250? Or if not, does it work from 181 to 200? I would really appreciate any help on this...I'll throw my points in now if they aren't going to help later...

Perhaps a better answer than just no, is that for the tradeskills you can only use your training points to get you to skill level 21. Then you have to actually go out and earn your skill increases.

Fishing, research can both be bought to 200 using the training points + cash, which increases dramatically.
