My question is in regard to Tae Ew Shields. I found plentiful amounts of iksar sarnak and froglok blood(PHEW) in the bazaar from people for 5pp a piece, but bloodwater is a complete mystery to me. Where is it from? Vendor sold in cabilis? Only information I've seen is its a random reward from an iksar quest in LOIO. Any information helpful.
