Couple of stupid questions about Smithing

I've got a couple of weapons I'm considering acquiring for some alts, and I was wondering:

1. Can the Forged Velium weapons be made anywhere, or do you have to actually be somewhere in Velious when you forge them?

2. What type of graphics do Deathsteel weapons have? Do they look like Firebrand or Black Acrylia weapons, like normal weapons, or?....

Forged Velium weapons can be made in any forge.

Not sure on the graphics of Death steel and Firebrand but Black Actylia weapons are decent looking, they are simular to some Luclin weapons (not the spiny ones).
