Heraldic Armor Flow Chart?

Would anyone perhaps be able to link the Flow Chart for Heraldic armor that was created quite a few months ago and posted on the old EQTC boards? I did a few searches but came up empty handed on the old boards. The link I have does not work anymore and I misplaced my printed copy.
