• Cross skill question based on smithing:

Ok so i am a GM smith GM brewer and GM alachemist so i decided to make a gnome and GM tinkering.

I got to 122 ok and then i saw this recipie:

    Collapsed Mortar and Pestle:
coiled spring, gnomish bolts, 4 folded sheets of metal, metal rod 206 or 207

I got lots of coild springs and i got a GM smith so i look up the folded sheets of metal:

folded sheet of metal: block of ore, flask water, smithy hammer

NP! Hold it...... WTF is a Block of Ore so i search around all the tinkering and smithing sites mainly eqtraders.com and cant find this stuff anywhere. I got Small pieces of ore, i got small bricks and even large bricks. Now a few of the venders such as Nimren Stonecutter in Thurg are listed as haveing them but im staning in front of him while i type this and he only has the pieces, and S/L bricks.

Ok mayby they ment bricks of ore.... so i try to combine all the bricks and nada... so thats not it.

    OK how about this:
    block of ___ ore
3 large bricks of ____ore, flask water

Woot it worked. Hold it... now are you telling me that the only way to get blocks of ore is to combine 3 nonstackable items? Or is there some merchant miss labeld that would actualy sell me this ore?

    Any help would be apreciated.

    Ore Blocks

If someone else knows a way, I'd like to hear it too. I combined the bricks to get blocks for my little gnomie.

*sinister voice* There IS no other way! MUHAHAHAHA!

      *ahem*

Er, sorry about that, but regular ore isnt sold on vendors as blocks, though nearly all other ores are either sold or dropped as blocks at times...
