Fairie Dragons are the only way to go. Fairie Dragons are just like Chromodracs except lower level. The big plus to Fairie Dragons is they spawn static, so you know where to find them. (ie, they don't wander and there is no adds)
I've been hunting Essence of Sunlights for about 9 months now, WL is the only way to go. Who cares about Tunare faction, she is a ho anyways.
The other thing I do is occasionally check the vendors in South RO and Oasis with my Wiz alt. This trip frequently yields one or two.
