what am i doing wrong?

no idea whats wrong but i tried combining 1 water 1 leather padding 1plate bracer mold 1 folded mq sheet smithing hammer. if i read something wrong let me know but i cant figure it out.

You need to have a smithing hammer in the combine as well.

Is it a "full plate bracer mold" or a "plate bracer mold"?

cause i know adamantite cultural requires chain jointing

I can only assume you are making a Fine Plate Bracer here, if so;

Smithy Hammer (Not a Luclinite or Combine),
Leather Padding,
Flask of Water,
Plate Bracer Mold,
and 1 medium quality folded sheet of metal.

All combined in a Regular, non-cultral forge.

If you're trying for the regular smithed plate, and you're sure its not the forge or the flask thats making things difficult, are you sure on the hammer (there are 5 out there at the moment :evil: ) and on the actual sheet itself... the sheet needs to be the one that you make by smithing a MQ block of ore into a sheet, not one you buy off a vendor. This was one I had a problem with for a bit ops: .
