What am I doing wrong? Black Acrylia weapons

Trying to make a Black Acrylia Warhammer. I'm putting in the forge the following items.

1 - BA Temper
1 - Sheet of BA
1 - oak shaft
1 - hammerhead mold
1 - flask of water

I get the message that these items cannot be combined in this container. As far as I can tell by the recipie lists, I think I'm doing it right. Any help would be appreciated.

you might need a Combine Hammer for the combine, not sure as I don't smith weapons.

The recipe on the site doesn't show a flask of water. Try without.
