Fine Heraldic Armor broken??

I tried non imbued version of Fine Heraldic bracer in the qeynos cultural forge and it says DNC(smithy hammer, enchanted chain jointing, infused hq ring, royal temper, leather padding and the bracer full plate mold(26pp if i remember))

i am not absolutly sure about the mold coz i am on the french server and the name is "moule complet de manchette" but i tried the other one(47pp it seems to be the sleeve mold) and DNC again


any info on this?

just for information i also tried 2 freeport cultural bracers 2 lacks on 2 attempts(255str 213 skill + 5%)

You need to use a normal plate bracer mold, not the full plate mold. In Qeynos, they're sold on the second floor of the smithing shop.
